Our Promise
We want you to love every Ben & Jonah product. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
To start a return, contact us at info@benandjonah.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@benandjonah.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
